Lucy Richards, 57, was arrested in December and charged with four counts of transmitting threats in interstate commerce. Officials said she made a series of threats last January to Len Pozner, whose 6-year-old son Noah was killed in the 2012 shooting.
Richards is reportedly disabled, and believed that the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax.

Richards was supposed to plead guilty to the charges back in April, but she did not show up for court and a warrant was issued for her arrest. She was eventually arrested and turned over to the FBI, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
Newsweek reported that her public defender filed papers on Wednesday indicating that she intends to plead to sending the threats.
