Newtown Police Arrest Man Driving Erratically On South Main Street

NEWTOWN, Conn. -- A New Milford man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after he was stopped for driving erratically on South Main Street in Newtown, police said.

According to police, William Hubric, 27, was arrested on April 30 after officers stopped him after a report of a driver not staying in their lane. Hubric was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right. 

He was transported to the Newtown Police Department and released on $250 bond with a court date of May 17 in Danbury Superior Court.
