Police charged Richard Saunders with four counts each of fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and impairing the morals of a child. The investigation was led by School Resource Officer William Chapman based on reported incidents of sexual contact between Saunders and minor children over the past several years, according to police.
After a warrant was issued for his arrest, Saunders turned himself in to police on Monday and was held on a $100,000 bond and went to court on Tuesday.
