BETHEL, Conn. -- Three fire engines responded to a one-car crash that resulted in the vehicle catching fire Monday evening in Bethel, according to the Bethel Volunteer Fire Department.
A car drove off the roadway in the vicinity of 141 Nashville Road, then caught fire, according to Bethel Fire Marshal Tom Galliford.
One person sustained "very minor injuries" in the crash and was released by emergency medical technicians at the scene, according to the fire department.
One Bethel engine, assisted by a second fire engine put out the fire, according to a Facebook post.
