Bethel Police Sergeant Heads To New Job On Easton Force

BETHEL, Conn. -- The Bethel Police Department said goodbye Monday to Sgt. Michael Kaluta, who's taking a job with the Easton Police Department.

Sgt. Michael Kaluta, who has served the Town of Bethel for more than 26 years, is taking a job with the Easton Police Department.

"Big Mike" served the Town of Bethel for more than 26 years and will continue to serve and protect on the Easton Police force.

The Bethel Police Department wished Kaluta good luck with his new adventures.

"Easton will be adding a dedicated and professional officer and a great man to their force," read a statement on the Bethel Police Department's Facebook page.
