BETHEL, Conn. – A Monroe man broke into a house in Bethel, stole women's underwear, cut holes in them and returned them to the victim, reports NBC Connecticut.

Nelson Montalvo, 50, confessed to stealing the underwear from the woman he knew, and was charged with five counts of third-degree burglary and other charges, according to the report.
