BETHEL, Conn., -- Two Nashville Road residents didn't stray too far from home to commit a crime, Bethel Police said.
Steven Sautner, 27, and Dilsa Collado, 43, both of 118 Nashville Road, were seen taking packages from mailboxes at other residences on Nashville Road on Sept. 22, police said.
Bethel police said they were called at about 4 p.m. with the complaint and discovered the pair was carrying packages that didn't belong to them.
Each is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Each was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 4.
