During the event, Thai Pham shot and killed his brother-in-law Charles Cristofalo and injured his sister Anh Cristofalo, before killing himself, Daily Voice reported.
The couple had been trying to evict Pham, who was supposed to move out the day of the shooting for failing to pay his rent, for six months, added ctpost.com.
Officers arriving at the home heard one "pop" on the 911 call before the call was ended, said the Connecticut Post. When officers arrived at the home they knocked but received no answer, so they entered the home where they could hear Anh Cristofalo calling for help. The document says the sister was found on the floor in the kitchen, she had been shot in the spine and underwent surgery the day of the shooting, ctpost.com said.
