Newtown High Graduate Caitlyn Jenner Won't Face Charges In Fatal Car Crash

NEWTOWN, Conn. -- California prosecutors will not pursue charges against Newtown High School graduate Caitlyn Jenner, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Jenner was at risk of being charged with manslaughter after starting an accident that ultimately killed 69-year-old Kim Howe. Prosecutors, however, said there wasn't enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to try Jenner, Entertainment Weekly said. 

Howe's family has filed a wrongful death civil suit against Jenner, Entertainment Weekly reported.
