The presentation and exhibit will focus on 52 items that once belonged to the Adams family, including Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams.

The items were donated by the Zilinek family and consist of such personal items as a bracelet worn by Abigail Adams made from her husband's hair and John Quincy Adams' monocle. This is not a slide show. The items will actually be there to be seen and appreciated by the audience.

This program is made possible through a grant from the Connecticut Humanities Council.

Town Historian Dan Cruson will present a lecture at 7:30 p.m.

Key items will remain on display at the library through the end of the month.
