"We want to thank everyone one of our customers for being with us this past year," the owners said in a Facebook post Monday.
Describing the decision as very hard and unfortunate, they said there were "a few reason not in our control that forced us to close Julliano's."
"We apologize and want to thank you all again," the post said.
The restaurant was known for its extensive Italian menu, including pizza, and its live music performances.

Julliano’s turned a year old in March and celebrated with a big party and free buffet and live music in the restaurant on Grassy Plain Road.
"We are having this celebration because I really want to thank all my loyal customers. They made it happen," owner Julio Cevallos, a Bethel resident, said at the time. "I'm doing this as an appreciation to them."
Before opening Julliano's, Cevallos was the head chef at Rizzuto's Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar on Stony Hill Road in Bethel for 11 years.
This was the second restaurant in Bethel to close in the past week. Matt and Susan Stein closed the doors for good at Greenwood's Grille & Ale House in Bethel at the end of business last Wednesday.

"We would like to thank everyone for coming in over the past seven years and making Greenwood's an enjoyable place to be. Thank you for taking a part of your day and spending it with us. From all the staff past and present thank you," they posted on the restaurant's Facebook page.
Greenwood's, which featured 19 beers on draught and comfort foods, opened under their ownership on May 25, 2010.
