There is still some uncertainty surrounding the projected snowfall totals for the storm that will impact the area Saturday night into Sunday morning, but the Saturday update from the National Weather Service says the likelihood is for less accumulation than what was projected Friday.

However, there is the chance for more. (See both maps above.)
The chances of seeing 2 inches or more of accumulation is 50 percent. But there is still a chance of up to 4 to 5 inches of snowfall.

There is a chance of some light snow or snow flurries late Saturday morning into the early afternoon, with little or no accumulation, and temperatures in the mid-30s.
Most of the accumulation is expected late Saturday evening into early Sunday morning.
Sunday will be partly sunny with a high near 40.
The first day of spring is Monday, March 20, will be sunny with a high in the low 40s.
