Rye Native, Former Noroton Publishing Employee John "Kevin" Hogan, 77, Known For His Kindness John "Kevin" Hogan, 77, died Aug. 22. A former longtime resident of Rye and publishing employee in Fairfield County, Kevin was the son of Mary Jean and Joseph Hogan, who owned Hogan Transportation in Rye.  He was born in Rye and was predeceased by his parents as well as his brother Peter J. Hogan. Kevin graduated from Rye High School and CW Post College on Long Island. Kevin made caring and compassion for other human beings the centerpiece of his life.
