Man Threatened To Kill Everyone At CT Daycare Center, Police Say A Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill staff members and children at a daycare center, according to the police in Canton, located just west of Hartford. David Ragozzine, 29, was arrested on Monday, July 22, after allegedly calling Joni's Daycare and Preschool in Canton and made verbal threats to the staff, said Canton Police Capt.
