One Adult, Three Juveniles Arrested After Vandalism At CT High School One adult and three juveniles were arrested by state police in connection with vandalism at a Connecticut high school that ruined the graduation set-up. The damage was discovered around 7 a.m. Tuesday at Wilcox Technical High School in Meriden, according to the Connecticut State Police. Police said school administrators found the stage and chairs that had been set up in the rear parking lot for the graduation ceremony had been damaged after being struck with eggs and paintballs.
