Missing: CT Silver Alerts Issued For Sisters, Ages 1, 3 Silver Alerts have been issued for a pair of children who were reported missing in West Haven and believed to be with their mother, police announced. Connecticut State Police issued the alerts for Eden Louis, 3, and Elan Louis, 1, who were announced missing late on Tuesday night, Jan. 8. The older Louis was described by police as a 2-foot African American girl with brown hair and hazel eyes weighing 40 pounds.
