Accidental Blasting Blocks CT Road With Debris: No Time-Frame On Clean-Up, Police Say An accidental blasting incident has left a roadway in northern Connecticut closed for the foreseeable future as authorities work to remove debris.  The blasting incident, which was accidental in nature, happened in Litchfield County on Wednesday afternoon, July 19 in the area of Winsted Road at Dennison Drive in Torrington.
