Teen Duo Charged With Making Threats To CT Schools Two teens have been arrested for making two separate social media threats against two Connecticut Schools. The threats were made in New Haven County on Monday, Sept. 26, causing the two Waterbury schools to shelter in place and have additional police on campus on Tuesday, Sept. 27. Waterbury Police Lt. Rayn Bessette said the two were arrested for threats that made reference to violence at Crosby High School and the Enlightenment School. Teen Charged After Police Break Up Party In New Canaan A Fairfield County teen was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor after police responded to a party. An 18-year-old female resident of New Canaan was arrested around 10:30 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 9, after police responded to a home on Oak Grove Place for a report of loud noise, said Lt. Jason Ferraro. Responding officers discovered around 10 people around a fire-pit with containers of alcoholic beverages observed near the fire-pit, Ferraro said. The teen was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Teen Trio Nabbed As Police Chase Ends In Crash, Discovery Of Guns, Cash Police nabbed three teens following a police chase that ended with the discovery of three guns and a crash.  The incident took place around 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, when a vehicle failed to stop of Bridgeport police officers and engaged them in a pursuit southbound on Route 8 by Exit 3, said Terron Jones, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police.
