Arrest Made In Robbery Of Elderly Fairfield County Woman At Mall Police detectives charged a 25-year-old man for robbing an elderly woman at the Westfield Trumbull Mall in August and stealing her car.  Jordan Savage, of Waterbury, was apprehended when he was stopped by Watertown Police on Friday, Nov. 1, and arrested without incident after they learned of the active warrant for his arrest out of Trumbull, said Trumbull Police Lt.
