Bridgeport Man Pleads Guilty In Connection With Stratford Woman's OD Death A local drug dealer has admitted to distributing the heroin that led to the death of a 25-year-old woman who overdosed in Stratford. Talvin Hinton, 42, of Bridgeport, has pleaded guilty in Bridgeport federal court to one count of distributing heroin for his role in selling drugs that led to a fatal overdose. On Sept. 23 last year, paramedics and members from the Stratford Police Department responded to a reported overdose of the 25-year-old at a local home.
