You have a new reason to gobble down a few more now that they have been named the favorite dessert in Connecticut. According to "Reader's Digest," which did a poll of the favorite dessert in every state, Snickerdoodles are the favorite in the Nutmeg state, with plenty of sugar and cinnamon deliciousness. The sugar-and-spice cookie, again heavy on the cinnamon, is one of the few cookies that doesn't use any vanilla. Go figure.
