Three Fairfield County Residents Charged With DWI In NY State Police Stops New York State Police troopers were busy over Memorial Day Weekend, removing more than two dozen motorists for alleged impaired driving in the Hudson Valley. The 27 area residents charged over the weekend include: Westchester County On Saturday, May 25, State Police from Brewster arrested Lawrence C. Marquez, 27, of South Salem, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
