Ned Lamont has hired a law firm to investigate the alleged misuse of two state-owned vehicles following a report that an SUV and sedan driven by members of his staff were driven for personal use and at speeds above 100 miles per hour, Daily Voice has learned. Central Connecticut State Plans To Fire Professors Accused Of Sexual Misconduct With Students Central Connecticut State University announced that it is planning on firing two theater professors allegedly involved in sexual misconduct. Following a months-long investigation into the misconduct, President Zulma R. Toro announced Tuesday, Jan. 22 that she plans to fire the two longtime professors for allegedly having inappropriate relationships with more than one student, according to WFSB Eyewitness News 3.
