A Connecticut man was charged by police for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl. Police charged New Haven County resident 49-year-old Uilton Dias of Derby with sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor on Friday, Dec. 8 in Seymour.
