Teen Operating Vehicle Recklessly Killed In Crash On CT Roadway, Police Say Police say a teen killed in a crash was driving a stolen vehicle in a reckless manner in Connecticut. The crash took place in New Haven County Wednesday, Nov. 9 in Derby. Derby Police said witnesses and video surveillance show the 16-year-old driving the stolen motorcycle was operating the bike on Seymour Avenue in a "reckless manner and was ejected after losing control."  The teen sustained significant injuries and was transported to Griffin Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
