Sergio-Antonio Ortega-Diaz, 48, was arrested on Saturday, Nov. 9, after Wilton Police responded to numerous 911 calls of a dangerous driver, said the Wilton Police. When police caught up with Ortega-Diaz on Danbury Road, they found that he was driving without a license, police said.
