Barbershop Owner Faces Drug Charge In Stamford A barbershop owner was arrested after police officers saw a bag of cocaine fall out of his pocket while locking his business, Stamford Police said.  The incident took place around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, when Officers Jamie Torres and Matthew Pompa decided to do some “old fashioned” police work, said Stamford Police Lt. Michael Noto.
