Madison Taylor Clince has been missing since Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023, said the New Haven Police Department. The toddler was last seen in Scottsdale, Arizona, but authorities believe she could be in the New Haven area, police said.  Police said there is an active court order to take physical custody of the child if found. Fentanyl Sales Rep Avoids Prison In Kickback Scheme A 35-year-old woman avoided prison time for her role in an elaborate kickback scheme involving fentanyl spray prescriptions that were distributed in Connecticut. Natalie Levine of Scottsdale, Arizona, was sentenced in federal court in New Haven to five years probation for engaging in the kickback scheme, U.S. Attorney John Durham announced.
