Westport Schools Superintendent Resigns Following a trying year, Westport Schools Superintendent Colleen Palmer announced that she will be resigning from her position before the 2019-2020 academic year. In a letter to parents this week, the Westport Board of Education announced that Palmer plans to retire from the district, effective on Aug. 1, just two years after she left the Weston School District to take over in Westport.
