An erratic driver from Fairfield County had a blood alcohol content nearly triple the legal limit after being stopped by officers in Westchester while coming home from a work site in the Bronx, police said. A Fairfield County man was arrested for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit in Westchester, police said. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department on parol shortly after 9:10 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9, stopped Stamford resident James McBrien, 39, on Mamaroneck Road after he was spotted driving slowly and swerving in a Lexus. A 21-year-old Fairfield County man wanted in West Virginia for a marijuana possession charge was arrested in Westchester after being busted by a witness driving with a blood alcohol content double the legal limit, police said. A former home health aide from Fairfield County is in police custody after allegedly stealing from her employer while taking care of him in Westchester, police said. Bridgeport resident Sheaquana Mowatt, 31, surrendered herself into police custody in Scarsdale on Wednesday, Dec. 19, where she was charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. A Stamford man driving an allegedly stolen vehicle while intoxicated was nearly let out of police custody in Scarsdale before the nature of his crimes became clear, officials said.
