Woman Who Stole $115K In Furs From Mitchells In Westport Caught In Greenwich, Police Say A woman who stole more than $115,000 in furs from Mitchells in Westport was caught in Greenwich, police say. Westport Police say they responded to Mitchells department store (670 Post Road East) on a report of a recent larceny on Saturday, July 6 around 4:30 p.m. Officers arrived and were informed by store employees that several pieces of fur were missing from a display.
