According to the National Weather Service, clouds will increase on Tuesday, Oct. 29, and temperatures will be in the low 60s. Rain and showers will move through Tuesday evening into the early morning hours of Wednesday, Oct. 30, with patchy fog overnight. Rain will be heavier farther north.
