Alex Jones Ordered By Jury To Pay Nearly $1B To Sandy Hook Families For Mass Shooting Lies Far-right radio host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has been ordered by a Connecticut jury to pay nearly $1 billion to the families of students killed in the December 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown.
