The incident took place around 5:50 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15 on the New Haven/West Haven line, Metro-North officials said. The train #1513 from New Haven, has been canceled and combined with another line. Commuters are being told to listen for announcements at their station for replacements, connections. A Silver Alert has been issued following the disappearance of Todd Davies. Davies was last seen on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at around 4:30 p.m. in the area of Wilton Center. He's described as being 6-foot-3, 185 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes, wearing sweatpants and other unknown clothing. According to Metro-North officials, the incident took place around 7:35 p.m. Dec. 13 at Noroton Heights. The train had departed Grand Central at 6:49 p.m. headed for New Haven.
