A 29-year-old Westchester County man was arrested in Fairfield County after police said he drove while under the influence. New Canaan Police Department said officers responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the area of Old Stamford Road and Orchard Drive at about 9:40 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16. SUV Stolen In New Canaan, Recovered Other Vehicles Entered, Police Say
An unlocked SUV that was left overnight with its keys inside in Fairfield County was stolen and other vehicles were entered over the weekend with various items stolen, police said. Investigators from the New Canaan Police Department responded to an Orchard Drive home at approximately 8:11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 28, where there was a report of a 2019 Toyota Highlander that had been stolen. One Vehicle Stolen, Multiple Entered In Latest Incidents In New Canaan
An Infinity was stolen from the driveway of a New Canaan driveway, and several other vehicles were entered overnight as residents continue leaving their vehicles unlocked. A Summit Ridge Road resident reported at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 11 that a 2017 Infinity QX60 was stolen after it was unlocked with the key left inside. The vehicle still has not been recovered.
