The incident took place around 6:20 p.m. on Saturday, April 15 when officers were patrolling Day Street. According to Norwalk PD Deputy Chief Terrence Blake, an officer spotted a man standing on the sidewalk near 30 Day Street. The incident took place on Monday, Aug. 30 on Arbor Drive in Norwalk,  Officers located several shell casings in the area, said Norwalk PD Sgt. Sofia Gulino.  No injuries were reported. The incident took place around 8:11 a.m., Monday, June 14, in Norwalk. Police responded to numerous 911 calls that a man was lying on Selleck Street and was unresponsive, said Norwalk PD Sgt. Walter Davis, age 66, was busted around 3 p.m., Friday, March 19, in Norwalk. Davis was searched following a six-month investigation into drug dealing in the greater Fairfield County area by the department's Special Services Unit, said Norwalk PD Sgt. Sofia Gulino. The investigation began after the incident on Saturday, Aug. 29 when a male patient, Rodney Daniels, of Stamford, was at Norwalk Hospital because of PCP usage.
