Norwalk Police Wear Pink Patches In Support Of Breast Cancer Research/Treatment The Norwalk Police Department and the Norwalk Police Benevolent Association are thinking pink and have teamed up to bring the Pink Patch Project to Norwalk. The project is a collaborative effort among law enforcement agencies to combat breast cancer, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrance Blake.
