The incident took place in New Haven on Friday, March 31 on I-91 around 8:30 p.m. between Exits 1 and 2. According to state police, troopers attempted to stop a wrong-way driver that was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes on I-91 between exits 2-1. The incident took place around 10:15 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 8 in Waterbury. Tijun Mims, age 26, of Hamden, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 18, for an incident that took place at the Red Roof Inn in Milford on Thursday, Feb. 4, said the Milford Police. Clinton resident James Godisken was found guilty by a jury of murder for hire following a nearly two-week trial.
