Running Red Light Lands Felon Behind Bars For Drugs, Gun, Police Say A 35-year-old convicted felon landed behind bars after allegedly running a red light in front of a police officer in Fairfield County. Ramon Capacete, of Seymour, was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 24, in Shelton after police officer John Kekac stopped his vehicle for running a red light on Bridgeport Avenue, said Shelton Police Det. Richard Bango. After stopping Capacete, Kekac discovered the vehicle was not registered or insured and that Capacete did not have a driver's license, Bango said. NYC Man Turns Himself In On Warrant Charges In Wilton A 24-year-old man wanted on two Prawn warrants was arrested after turning himself into Wilton Police. Matthew Douglas Overbeeke, of New York City, was arrested on Monday, March 25, on two active warrants for past motor vehicle charges, said the Wilton Police Department. He was charged with failure to appear and failure to respond to an infraction. His bond for both warrants was set at $25,250.
