Teen Duo Nabbed For Breaking Into School In Fairfield County Two teenagers turned themselves in following a lengthy investigation into a break-in at a middle school in Fairfield County, police said. Officers from the Darien Police Department responded to Middlesex Middle School at 11:32 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2020, when a burglar alarm was activated inside the building. Darien Police say they received a report from the School Resource Officer assigned to Middlesex Middle School that someone had drawn three swastika symbols in crayon on an exterior window on Monday, Sept. 9 around 6 a.m. The SRO photographed the markings before they were removed, police say.
