Overdose Victim Rescued With Narcan By New Canaan Police Officers Two New Canaan police officers saved the life of an overdose victim by administering Narcan and performing CPR. The incident took place on Wednesday, May 8, when the officers responded to a call for an unresponsive person, said New Canaan Police Chief Leon  Krolikowski.
