A New York jury has found former President Donald Trump’s company guilty of all charges in a tax fraud scheme that prosecutors said spanned more than a decade. The Trump Organization and its longtime CFO Allen Weisselberg have been charged with 15 felony counts in an effort to evade taxes over the course of 15 years, according to a newly unsealed indictment released in federal court. Man, 27, Gets Maximum Sentence For Upper East Side Death Of Stamford's Joey Comunale
The man convicted of murdering a Stamford resident and burying him in a shallow grave in New Jersey has received the maximum sentence. James Rackover, 27, was found guilty last month on charges that include second-degree murder, concealing a human corpse and tampering with evidence for his role in the 2016 murder of 26-year-old Joseph Comunale. This week, Rackover was sentenced to a term of between 28 and two-thirds years to life in prison.
