The incident took place in Stamford on Wednesday, Sept. 28 around 12:45 p.m. near the intersection of Broad and Atlantic streets. According to Capt. The New Canaan Police Department reported that officers responded to a home on Carter Street at about 10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, after receiving a report of a loud party. Upon arrival, officers saw young people running from the home and into the woods and found open and unopened containers of alcohol in the area, police said. Putnam County resident Andrew W. Wiese, of Patterson, was arrested by police just before 1 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29 in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
