Norwalk Man Charged With Failure To Appear In Greenwich A Norwalk man wanted on a warrant for failure to appear in court in a case that involved unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct was nabbed by Greenwich police while making a court appearance.  Anthony Villegas, 26, was arrested Monday at the Connecticut Superior Court House by judicial marshals and then turned over to Greenwich Police, said Greenwich Lt. John Slusarz.  Court records show that Villegas was arrested in January 2017 in Greenwich on charges of second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.
