Man Nabbed For Fraud Involving Employees' Payroll Direct Deposits, Wilton Police Say A 59-year-old man was arrested for fraud for allegedly having an employee's direct deposits from a Wilton business sent to his own account. Joseph Kolosinsky, of Jessup, Pennsylvania, was arrested Friday, Jan. 4, after being extradited to the Wilton Police Department and charged with larceny and criminal impersonation, said the Wilton Police Department. Police began to investigate Kolosinsky in connection with the fraud in June 2018 when it was learned that a local business had become a victim of a larceny.
