Woman Hits Officer, Parks Worker After Skipping Cab Fare, Westport PD Says Police were taken on a wild ride after a woman allegedly drove into a Westport town employee, failed to pay a cab driver and struck a police officer with her car door while he was trying to assist him, according to a Westport police report released this week.
