Man Charged With Possessing Gun, Drugs At New Canaan Train Station A man was charged with allegedly possessing a gun and drugs after police responded to a Fairfield County train station on a medical call. Robert Buckley, age 42, of Springfield, Illinois, was charged in New Canaan on Thursday, Nov. 29. According to Lt. Marc DeFelice of the New Canaan Police, officers responded to the Talmadge Hill Train Station lot on a medical assist call. Erratic Driving Leads To DWI Charge For Fairfield County Man A report of a man stumbling to his vehicle and then driving away in an erratic manner led to the arrest of an area man for DWI and illegal possession of a weapon. Dominic M. Mancuso, 35, of Stamford, was nabbed around 8 p.m. Monday after Greenwich police received a call from a concerned resident, said Lt. John Slusarz. Police located Mancuso on East Putnam Avenue and pulled him over. When officers approached the vehicle they reported he had red glassy eyes with pinpoint pupils and the odor of alcohol was detected.
