Two Shot While Sitting In Vehicle In Bridgeport, Police Say Two men were shot while sitting in a parked vehicle in Fairfield County. The shooting took place during the early morning on Friday, March 6, on Carrie Street in Bridgeport, said Bridgeport Police Capt. Brian Fitzgerald. The two victims, ages 21 and 23, were hit by gunfire while seated in the vehicle, a third passenger, who was not injured, drove the car away from the area while still seated in the passenger seat, Fitzgerald said. While attempting to drive from the passenger seat, the passenger/driver was involved in a crash at Connecticut Avenue and Hollister Street, he said.  …
