Body Of 20-Year-Old Man Found In Stamford, Police Call Death 'Suspicious'
Police are calling the death "suspicious" after a 20-year-old Hispanic man was found in a grassy area in Fairfield County. The man was found in Stamford around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18 near the pathway that connects Woodland Avenue and Walter Wheeler Drive. Capt. Tom Scanlon of the Stamford Police said the man was found after the department received a 911 reporting a man lying on his back in the area. Connecticut State Police are attempting to locate a man who abandoned an infant on the roof of a stranger's parked car before taking off. CT Alert Issued For Wanted 'Armed, Dangerous' Man
Connecticut residents are being cautioned to be on high alert for an “armed and dangerous” suspect following an incident at a local orchard, officials announced. A large police presence was reported in Hartford County, in the Town of Southington, as investigators seek the public’s assistance in locating the suspect last seen in the area of Rogers Orchards.
