Seen Her? CT Girl, 16, Missing For More Than Day Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help locating a missing 16-year-old girl who hasn't been seen in a day. New Haven County resident Elizabeth Jacques of Milford was last seen around 8 a.m., Thursday, May 2, in the area of Gulf Street and New Haven Avenue.  Jacques is 5 feet, 140 pounds, with long brown hair, brown eyes, and light brown skin. Man Driving Drunk Charged With Leaving Scene Of Crash In Area An out-of-state man was charged with alleged DUI and other charges after hitting another vehicle in the area and leaving the scene of the crash. Stephen Demo, 55, of South Portland, Maine, was arrested on Saturday, Nov. 31, after Milford Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Welchs Point Road and Milesfield Avenue, and allegedly left the scene, Milford Police said.  The offending vehicle was located in the area of Wilbar Avenue and Gulf Street, police said.
